when you upload your pitch book, the blurb book programme will highlight any errors in the book such as low res image files or text that might have been placed past the guidelines.. you have to either correct these issues or "ignore" them and confirm that you want to send the book off.

Thanks for the help K! ... I just went on to double check all of that stuff but I don't think that's the problem :S it's telling me that I need to check my security and firewall settings etc?! ARRGGGHHH X

Wicked! I just checked out the site and it advised me to export it and import on another computer! Tom just advised me to do that too and it worked! Whoooop... thanks so much for the help lovely!
